Terms
Last updated 16 October 2026
The short version. You pay $15 to put one post of up to 144 characters on the throne. It stays there until someone else replaces it, which can happen at any time. Marketing is allowed. Abusive, illegal or misleading posts are removed, without a refund. Links must go straight to a legitimate page.
1. About The One Post
The One Post (one.mojitiles.com) is an independent website ("we", "us"). You can contact us at abdel@mojitiles.com.
2. What you buy
For $15, your post is shown as "the one post" at the top of the page, from the moment your payment is confirmed until the next paid post replaces it. After that, it is shown in the list of previous posts, together with how long it held the throne.
There is no minimum time. Someone may replace your post a week later, or a minute later. You pay to take the throne, not for a period of time, and being replaced does not entitle you to a refund.
3. Your post
- A post can be up to 144 characters, emojis included. Line breaks are turned into spaces.
- You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm that you have the right to post it.
- Your post cannot be edited or deleted by you once it is live. Read it carefully before you pay.
- You allow us to show your post on The One Post, in the list of previous posts, and in screenshots or shares that show the site, for as long as the site exists.
4. What you may post
Almost anything: thoughts, jokes, greetings, announcements and links to your own work. Marketing is allowed: you may promote a product, a business, a website or an event.
You may not post anything that:
- is illegal, or promotes or links to illegal goods, services or activities;
- is hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory, or attacks a person or group;
- is sexually explicit, or links to sexual or pornographic content;
- glorifies violence, self-harm or terrorism;
- shares someone else's personal information, or pretends to be someone you are not;
- is a scam, fraud, phishing attempt or deceptive offer, including fake giveaways and get-rich-quick schemes;
- infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or other rights;
- spreads malware, or tries to harm visitors or their devices.
5. Links must be clean
Web addresses that start with https:// or www. become clickable automatically. Every link must:
- go straight to its destination: no link shorteners, redirect services or link-in-bio pages that hide where the link goes;
- lead to a legitimate website that matches what your post says;
- not lead to anything listed in section 4, such as malware, phishing, scams, or sexual or illegal content;
- use a normal domain name, not an IP address, and contain no usernames or passwords.
Some of this is checked automatically before you pay. The rest is up to you, and we check it after posting. Links are marked as user-generated and "nofollow".
6. Removal of posts – no refund
We may remove any post that breaks these terms, or that we reasonably believe is abusive, harmful, misleading or unlawful, at any time and without notice. This includes posts whose link later changes to point somewhere that breaks these rules. Removed posts are not refunded.
A removed post disappears from the site, including the list of previous posts. If the post on the throne is removed, the post before it takes the throne back.
If you see a post that breaks these rules, please tell us at abdel@mojitiles.com.
7. Payment and right of withdrawal
Payments are handled by Stripe, which sells your post to you as our reseller (Stripe Managed Payments). Stripe calculates and collects any VAT or sales tax that applies where you live, and shows it at checkout. Your purchase is also covered by Stripe's terms for buyers, which may give you rights in addition to these terms. We never see your card details.
Your post is published immediately after payment, at your express request. By ticking the box before you pay, you agree to this and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the post is published, as the service has then been fully delivered.
If you pay but your post is never published because of an error on our side, we will publish it or refund you in full.
8. Personal data
We store the text of your post and the time it was published, and Stripe gives us your email address and the payment details we need for our accounts. We use your email only to contact you about your post or payment. Your post itself is public, and it does not show your name or email. We keep payment records for as long as accounting law requires.
9. Availability and liability
The One Post is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it online, but we do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for the content of posts or the websites they link to. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms. The terms that applied when you paid apply to your post. These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights that the law of your own country gives you.
